June 24th Highlights

Another beautiful day in the neighborhood and a few outstanding scores were turned in.  John Mungo had his lowest round for at least the last three seasons.  His net of 28 bested his previous best low net by four strokes and it tied the league low net for anyone who has completed at least 20 rounds.

Eric Baatz shot a 36 (net 31) with only 12 putts!  John Dwyer reports that it would have been eleven, but a slow rolling 350 degree spin out from 25 feet gave him a two-putt on #3, costing him a birdie.  He did get the league’s only birdie of the day on #9.

Bob Kvaal also broke 40 with a gross 39 (net 32).
