Mass Golf and the USGA have reassessed Pine Meadows Golf Course and changed the handicaps.  In particular, the handicaps assigned to individual holes have changed.  The new rankings are as shown below (Handicap #1 is the “hardest” hole).

Hole #:       1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9
Handicap:     2   5   4   9   1   8   6   7   3

The only time that our league uses the hole ratings is to break ties in tournament results.  We will need to use the new ratings for that purpose, even if they seem strange.  Yes, this means that hole #3 is supposedly harder than hole #2 and hole #7 is harder than hole #8.
The overall course slope and ratings do not affect our league scoring.  They may affect your Golf Handicap Index if you keep a GHIN handicap and report scores from Pine Meadows.   The current slope and ratings are as follows:
Blue:   66.6/113
White: 64.4/109
Gold:  62.4/100
