May 16th Highlights
Shorts weather! We went from very cold early tee times to a warm one in short order. The hot weather led to hot scoring for a few of us, led by Peter Southwick with a blistering 36, including birdies on #1 and #7. That led to a tie for low net of 32 with Andy Rittenburg in the same foursome. Not to be left out, Walter Allen and Eric Baatz also had birdies in the same group–on #1 and #5. Yes, 2 birdies on #1 in the same group. Other birdies were scored by Mike O’Connor on #3, John Dwyer on #4 (from 40 feet) and Jay Flynn on #8.
