TSGL Free Pizza and Drinks!! Monday, October 25th
The Senior Golf League has always been a social group. This has been difficult during the current Covid period. We decided against an indoor luncheon, but some folks have looked for some kind of year-end event. So we are going to have a get-together after golf. We certainly hope you can make it on somewhat short notice. Here are the details:
Time: Monday, October 25th, 11:45-1:30
Facility: Outdoor covered tent
Place: Lexington Community Center
39 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA 02421
Entrance from Marrett Road at the Masonic Museum.
Drive past the museum and up the hill to the parking
lot right at the community center.
Food: Free assorted pizza and drinks (no alcohol, sorry) and maybe snacks
Activities: Announcements about this year, discussion of possible off-season activities, and general camaraderie
Plan to come whether or not you are golfing that day. For folks who don’t know, the community center has indoor bathrooms, lots of parking, and also other facilities like ping pong, exercise room, billiards, and more. There has been some talk of a winter ping-pong group. Check it out.
In case you missed it, Jim Colantropo is the league champion this year for winning the most points in the monthly tournaments. He gets free admission to all of next year’s tournaments plus year-long bragging rights.

If you are playing golf and coming to the get-together, please send two separate emails, one to get a tee time and the other to RSVP. Please sign up at least 48 hours in advance.
